Exchanges and Refunds

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must first be organised via email at info@achieversclothing.co.nz as some exclusions apply.

We can provide a exchange for item(s) provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item(s) require a receipt, invoice or screenshot of a bank statement/online order as proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in saleable condition with swing tags attached.
  • Item(s) are returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) were not sale/discounted.
  • Any return delivery fees are at the customers expense.

  • As Achievers is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.

  • Achievers reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.

 

REFUNDS

For online purchases we are happy to provide a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • All refunds must first be organised via email at info@achieversclothing.co.nz  as some exclusions apply.
  • Item(s) require a receipt, invoice or screenshot of a bank statement/online order as proof of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and in as new saleable condition with swing tags attached.
  • Item(s) are returned within 10 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) were not sale/discounted.

Any return delivery fees are at the customers expense.

As Achievers is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us, we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.

Refunds are processed onto the original card payment was made from or if the item(s) were paid via bank transfer, we will ask you for a bank account number.

Currently we do not offer returns or exchanges for international purchases.
